today is not my day. T.T

i just had my piano exam this afternoon. i really dunno wat happened to me. i played most of the scales wrongly and now i'm so regret and disappointed with myself. and same for the oral test!! wat did i asnwer?? wake up ur mind!!!! i really wanna shout this to myself. i really feel very helpless. can anyone help me? T.T i'm really stressed out.
